The procedures for requesting assistance are as follows:

1) DOA products (within 7 days after the sale): requests for collection of goods must be made by e-mail to the post-address RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is provided for in articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and consists in the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product within 14 days of delivery.
The only costs that will be required are those of shipping the product. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, or if:
1. lack of original packaging;
2. absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);
3. damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
Failure to collect the goods by the consumer will be understood as a de facto exercise of the right of withdrawal and the goods will be retained by DIGIQUEST SOLUTIONS SURL without any costs being charged to the consumer.


PROCEDURE
In the event that, after the purchase, you wish to withdraw from the purchase itself, it is necessary to follow the following procedure:

The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, attached software, etc ...);
The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...) and complete with the original tax document (receipt or invoice); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box.
Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, DIGIQUEST SOLUTIONS SURL will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
The refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened; to products made to measure or clearly personalized; to products that risk deteriorating; sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods.
- The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where DIGIQUEST SOLUTIONS SURL ascertains:
- the non-diligent use of the asset that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumable materials;
- the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of DIGIQUEST SOLUTIONS SURL available to the Customer for collection at your expense.ndita@dgq.it (shortly after the return of the goods by the customer ) specifying the following mandatory data:

- product (brand and model);
- serial number;
- flaw detection;
- date and copy of the sales receipt (also to be attached to the goods);
- total number of packages that make up the shipment;
- address and times for the collection of the goods.

It should be noted that upon opening the goods, in the event of a lack of some accessories or Mediaset and / or TVSAT Prepaid Cards, the relative value will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
